Home Partners of America Lease-To-Own Could Be Your Solution!

Many of you may be struggling with the question of whether it's better to purchase or lease a home?  And, I bet you have a myriad of "pros and cons" that can be listed on both sides which makes finding the right answer for you, and your family, at this time, even more difficult.  Well, I may just have the answer to this very question through a little known program offered by a company called Home Partners of America. 

Basically, Home Partners of America is offering you the opportunity to try, before you buy, at a price similar to a rental in the same market.  Try out the neighborhood, try out the home, Lease-To-Own a home that is in ready to sell shape instead of one that has been rented over and over.  Perhaps there's a chance of a transfer in a year or two, that's not set in stone, but you don't want to take the chance of purchasing a home only to turn around and sale in a year.

"I want to take this opportunity to share with you what a great realtor you have on your team named Vince Fattizzi and my excellent experience in working with him to relocate to Florida from Texas. My husband and I decided to relocate to Florida to be closer to my aging parents that live in Bradenton. I work for a company that has offices in Texas and Florida and my company was agreeable to me relocating. My realtor in Texas listed my home and contacted Vince and asked if he could assist us in finding a new home. From that moment Vince sprung to action, first assessing our needs and then e-mailing us listings for consideration. He pays close attention to detail and helped us figure out the best place to look. I was very fortunate to find a buyer for my home in Texas within the first week of listing. Since the relocation was not company funded, I needed find a home quickly, could only travel to Florida once and spend one week to look at homes. Vince arranged everything, spent the entire week taking us to potential homes and we found one that was perfect, put in an offer and secured the deal. He helped us to arrange to close within a day of our closing in Texas so that we would not have to find temporary housing and incur additional moving expense. (We needed the proceeds from the sale of the house in Texas to close on the house in Florida). All of this may sound typical to you, but what happened after this was not. The day before we were to close on home in Texas, our buyer’s lender required him to put more money down and required more documentation. Of course, the buyer needed more time to arrange for the additional money/documents and we were not able to close on the date we expected. The buyer’s lender was very slow in processing the loan and my Texas realtor and the buyer’s realtor didn’t react to help speed up the transaction. I got the impression that they felt this just needed to run its course and there was nothing they could do to speed it up. Vince did not agree with them. He did everything possible to help. He made phone calls, wrote e-mails, called in favors and followed it minute by minute. He knew our movers had loaded the truck already and now we needed temporary housing. He helped us find a very nice place to stay during all of this. Luckily, the buyer was able to come up with the additional funds and we only had to stay there for 3 weeks. Vince arranged for the new closing to take place for both homes here in Florida and we were able to move into our new home! I know the importance of customer service (working in the financial services industry) and Vince goes above and beyond.
