This program allows you to select homes that are FOR SALE that you can rent-to-own. Home Partners will purchase the property (assuming it meets the modest requirements they detail on their website), then lease it to you with the option to buy. They include complete pre-occupy services so the home is in perfect condition for your move in. This plan opens up an incredible number of homes to you (literally hundreds!), as opposed to just the standard, same-old handful of, “used & abused” rental properties that have been rented and re-rented year after year with no updates or changes made.

Feel free to click the link below to “pre-qualify” at no cost to you! There is no obligation and once you are pre-qualified (you will know on-screen immediately), you can then make a complete rental application ($75 app fee applies), if you wish. Assuming you get fully-approved by Home Partners, we can start shopping for your new home  – lease it for a year (up to FIVE years, if you desire) or so and then buy it – but only if/when you are ready! YOU are in total control!

Special Note: Once we find you a home, Home Partners will make every effort to purchase the home and then will lease the home to you with the right to purchase it. Lease values and home purchase values are listed for EVERY home shown on the Home Partners website (link above). Click on the “Find A Home” tab at www.HomePartners.com and begin previewing now! Upon signing your lease agreement with Home Partners, you will be required to post two (2) months deposit and a one (1) month security deposit (very standard for ANY regular lease agreement today). If you are approved to have one or more pets, there will be a non-refundable pet deposit as well (per pet – again, very standard procedure).

"I want to take this opportunity to share with you what a great realtor you have on your team named Vince Fattizzi and my excellent experience in working with him to relocate to Florida from Texas. My husband and I decided to relocate to Florida to be closer to my aging parents that live in Bradenton. I work for a company that has offices in Texas and Florida and my company was agreeable to me relocating. My realtor in Texas listed my home and contacted Vince and asked if he could assist us in finding a new home. From that moment Vince sprung to action, first assessing our needs and then e-mailing us listings for consideration. He pays close attention to detail and helped us figure out the best place to look. I was very fortunate to find a buyer for my home in Texas within the first week of listing. Since the relocation was not company funded, I needed find a home quickly, could only travel to Florida once and spend one week to look at homes. Vince arranged everything, spent the entire week taking us to potential homes and we found one that was perfect, put in an offer and secured the deal. He helped us to arrange to close within a day of our closing in Texas so that we would not have to find temporary housing and incur additional moving expense. (We needed the proceeds from the sale of the house in Texas to close on the house in Florida). All of this may sound typical to you, but what happened after this was not. The day before we were to close on home in Texas, our buyer’s lender required him to put more money down and required more documentation. Of course, the buyer needed more time to arrange for the additional money/documents and we were not able to close on the date we expected. The buyer’s lender was very slow in processing the loan and my Texas realtor and the buyer’s realtor didn’t react to help speed up the transaction. I got the impression that they felt this just needed to run its course and there was nothing they could do to speed it up. Vince did not agree with them. He did everything possible to help. He made phone calls, wrote e-mails, called in favors and followed it minute by minute. He knew our movers had loaded the truck already and now we needed temporary housing. He helped us find a very nice place to stay during all of this. Luckily, the buyer was able to come up with the additional funds and we only had to stay there for 3 weeks. Vince arranged for the new closing to take place for both homes here in Florida and we were able to move into our new home! I know the importance of customer service (working in the financial services industry) and Vince goes above and beyond.
