St. Augustine is known for it's incredible schedule of outdoor festivals, many of which are set in the Springtime each year. The weather is sunny, humidity is low and temperatures are moderate (75-85 degrees) - beautiful! The season has already kicked off, but one of the very best events is coming in just 1 week: the "Rhythm and Ribs" Festival - a wonderful blend of food, drink, music and fun - and charitable giving!
- The Festival is sponsored by the St. Augustine Sunrise Rotary Club - which has typically raised at least $100,000 each year for local St. Augustine/St. Johns County charities! Click here to see the beneficiaries of this year's festival: https://rhythmandribs.net/event-beneficiaries/
- The Festival is fully supported by an all volunteer team - nearly 2,000 hours of cumulative volunteer time is given by participants over the 3-day event!
- The event features five world-class BBQ vendors from across America, in addition to many other "novelty" food vendors providing everything from sweet corn to ice-cold snow-cones. Here's the list of vendors for this year's festival: https://rhythmandribs.net/vendors/
- Music is key to all of these festivals and no one will be disappointed with the schedule for this year's event. Click here to see the band list and when they will be performing: https://rhythmandribs.net/timeline/
If your in town next week, April 6-7-8 - don't miss this wonderful event. Join us for some incredible food, great music and wonderful people. See you there!
